Introduction and Agreement

This document is a legally binding agreement between the user of the pp6x platform (www.pp6x.app) and pp6x. Clicking "I agree", registering an account, or continuing to use the platform in any way constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

pp6x is a digital platform offering football betting, live casino, and slots games for players in Myanmar. Services are available on both mobile and desktop, with payments supported via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the pp6x website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "Player" or "User" means any person who has registered an account on pp6x.
• "Bonus" refers to time-limited financial offers given by pp6x.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal can be made.
• "Payment Methods" refers to KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay.

Account Registration and Identity Verification

To access all services on pp6x, you must have a registered personal account. When registering, you must provide accurate personal information and update it immediately if anything changes.

2.1 Account Registration Declarations

• Each individual may only open one account. You may not use the personal information of a family member or someone close to you without their consent.
• The name used during registration must match the name used in payment transactions.
• Persons in prison, platform employees, and their family members are not permitted to play.
• Players must understand that pp6x may impose registration restrictions or bonus restrictions at any time.

2.2 Identity Verification

In the case of large payments or account activity irregularities, pp6x may request personal verification. Required information must be submitted; failure to do so may result in a temporary account restriction. This measure is in place for the security of players.

Age Restriction and Eligibility to Play

pp6x is a platform that strongly supports responsible gaming. You must be 21+ to play on this platform.

• Anyone under 21 is not permitted to register an account, deposit, or play on pp6x.
• If pp6x becomes aware that a player's declaration of being 21+ is false, pp6x will immediately close that account and handle any funds related to ongoing games in accordance with applicable rules.
• Anyone for whom gambling is illegal in their country or region is not permitted to play. Players are personally responsible for complying with the laws of their local area.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pp6x accepts KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount by any method is 5,000 Ks.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes.

• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the Wagering Requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit. If there is a mismatch, pp6x may conduct a review.
• pp6x may investigate and restrict withdrawals if gameplay or payment patterns raise money laundering concerns.
• If pp6x considers a withdrawal request unusual, additional information may be requested.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered by pp6x must be used in accordance with the terms in this agreement and the specific conditions of each individual bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The pp6x welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 25x the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. To make a withdrawal, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement has been met.
• Each player can claim the bonus once only. It cannot be claimed multiple times.
• Bonuses claimed using a VPN, or by players who open multiple accounts, may be cancelled.
• For any decision regarding bonuses, pp6x's decision is final.

5.3 VIP Player Levels

pp6x has 3 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Moving up to the next level requires higher playing activity, and pp6x will assess each player's play to make that determination.

Games and Fairness

Games provided by pp6x are protected with SSL encryption technology, and fairness is ensured through the software's verification system. Please read the information in this section to understand how we maintain a good playing environment for all players.

6.1 Prohibited Gaming Conduct

• If a player deliberately exploits a software bug or glitch, any winnings from that play may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Playing with a bot or any automated system is prohibited.
• If two players collude while playing against each other, both accounts may be closed.
• A player may use their own strategy in a game, but pp6x reserves the right to review any irregular playing patterns.

6.2 Technical Issues

If server problems, network disconnections, or mid-game connection drops occur, pp6x will review the situation and resolve it accordingly. However, pp6x cannot be held responsible if the connection issue is on the player's end.

Prohibitions and Account Closure

For any of the reasons stated in this section, pp6x may close a player's account immediately without prior notice and handle any funds in accordance with applicable laws.

7.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Registering with false personal information, or failing to notify us of changes to personal information
• Found to be under 21 years of age
• Playing with a bot or third-party software
• Suspected money laundering or other financial misconduct
• Deliberately exploiting a game bug
• Colluding across accounts to attempt to exploit the platform
• Seriously abusing or harassing pp6x staff

7.2 Account Closure by the Player

A player may request a temporary or permanent account closure at any time through 24/7 Live Chat. If the closure is needed for Responsible Gaming reasons, we are here to help.

Personal Information and Security

pp6x protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology. That information is never shared with any third party without consent — except where required by a lawful request.

Limitation of Liability

While pp6x makes every effort to keep the platform stable and accurate, we cannot be held responsible in the following situations —

• Issues caused by network disconnections or third-party service providers (ISPs)
• Service disruptions caused by lightning strikes, earthquakes, or actions by government authorities
• Errors made by the player during play (such as disputing a bet amount only after the bet has been placed)
• If a financial loss on a player's account is caused by someone other than the player, but the player failed to properly secure their account, pp6x cannot be held responsible

pp6x's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the relevant month.

Policy Changes

pp6x may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an announcement will be posted on the platform in advance. Continuing to play after any changes means you accept those changes.
